The sign will be installed at least 2 feet away from the edge of the yard, as not to cause any obstructions or possible violations. If it is a corner lot the same rule applies, but it will be placed closest to the corner of the lot where the main flow of traffic is. Due to the majority of Houston deed restrictions and HOA we do not place signs in the easement.

Open house signs are placed between 6-8 am and are retrieved within 2 hours of ending time.

Areas further outside of Central Houston due incur a $15 mileage fee. Same day/ Rush order fees are $20.

Yard sign orders need to be requested by 4 pm for next day service
Open Houses are due by 2pm on Thursday for the following weekend
Bulk Delivery/Pop bys need 2 weeks advance notice to allow time for routing and creation of distribution schedule

We service all of Houston and surrounding areas but we are planning to expand to other markets soon.

We offer unlicensed field logistic and courier services for real estate professionals

We do not charge for sign and lockbox storage
Furniture/Staging storage is $99/Month
Commercial sign storage varies based on size and quantity.

We will pick up your first batch of inventory at no charge. After that, it is a $25 fee.
Clients also have inventory shipped directly to us or we can pick it up from your vendor, office or
home.

We are available 7 days a week. Monday- Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 7am-4pm
